一、学术带头人

孙国新,1969年出生,博士,教授,博士生导师,济南市专业技术拔尖人才,山东省优秀中青年学术骨干。
二、主要成员

崔玉教授、聂永副教授、陈国柱副教授、夏光明副教授、黄太仲副教授、张振伟副教授、陈志副教授、李业新副教授、吕正亮博士、苗金玲博士、范春华博士、杨晓凤博士、杨红晓博士、姜占坤博士。
三、研究方向
     1)精细化学品制备工艺与技术,主要研究精细无机有机化学品、新型催化材料、硼化物、纳米材料、储氢材料等的制备工艺与技术; 

     2)萃取与分离化学,主要研究新型萃取剂的设计、合成、萃取性能,开发无机、有机废料的萃取分离回收工艺、资源综合利用工艺。

3)精馏分离,主要包括精馏设备设计及工艺研发,具有加压精馏设备2套,常减压精馏小试设备多套,主要研究加减压精馏、难分离物系(共沸、近沸)的精馏分离。
四、科研项目 
    近五年来,实验室主持承担了多项国家基金、山东省科技发展计划以及企业委托开发项目。简要介绍如下:

 1.  预组织构象的鳌合萃取剂的设计与性能研究,国家自然科学基金;

2.       桥联硼杂环戊二烯及其过渡金属多层夹心配合物的设计合成和性质,国家自然科学基金;

3.       超亲铀螯合吸附材料的设计、制备与性能研究,国家自然科学基金;

4.       选择性催化氧化醇的多功能自由基催化剂的合成与性能,国家自然科学基金;

5.       超亲和性螯合剂设计合成及吸附重金属污染物的性能研究,国家自然科学基金;

6.       利用平面多支分子构筑三维弱键体系及其固态堆积-场效应性能关系研究,国家自然科学青年基金;

7.       桥联硼杂环戊二烯及其过渡金属多层夹心配合物的合成、结构及性质,教育部;

8.       碳硼烷骨架桥联的IIIA族双Lewis酸的合成及性质研究,山东省基金委;

9.       酰胺荚醚萃取剂设计及盐酸体系中构效关系,山东省自然科学基金;

    实验室重视技术的产业化工作,与相关企业开展了大量的技术合作研发工作,开发的废硬质合金中钴镍回收精制、异丙醇副产叠合油中异丙醚的分离提纯工艺、甲磺酸达氟沙星的研制、盐酸二氟沙星的制备、二氧化硫脲等技术在多家企业推广应用,取得了很好的经济和社会效益。

六、成果与奖励

实验室在国内外期刊上发表论文80余篇,其中60余篇被SCI收录。获国家发明专利六项,申报国家发明专利三十余项,通过省级鉴定项目六项。研究成果获省部级以上奖励三项、厅级奖励三项。
